How to order custom handmade bags: 

Explore the products in my online shop first, this will give you a good idea of what I do. I may already have what you need but maybe the colour or design doesn't suit your taste.  You may want something completely different ... this is fine, I love a challenge! I can't make promises but there's absolutely no harm in asking.

Get in touch. Contact me via email, text, contact form or on my socials. Let's talk about your needs, from bag type to fabric choices, painting, embellishments, and hardware colour. Be as detailed as you want or trust my design instincts.

Review your quote. Once the design has been finalised to a level that we are both happy with, I will be able to send you a detailed quote, and an estimated timeline for your new bag.

Pay your deposit. before I begin work on your handmade bag, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to cover the cost of materials and to discourage time wasters.

I realise it may seem like a lot, but I've learned from past experiences where I ended up out of pocket and wasting time. As a result, I won't purchase materials or start work until we've agreed on the price and the deposit is paid.

Review photos of your finished bag. I will send photographs of the finished product (I may also send photos during the production and design process if necessary and if you agree). 

If you approve the final product photos, you can send the remaining balance and your beautiful new handmade bag will be delivered to your door as soon as possible
