Shipping policy
I will endeavour send your package next working day using Royal Mail 48 (tracked) - delivery aim is 2-3 working days.
Please note : I can only ship to England, Scotland and Wales at the moment. - I sincerely apologise but as of 13 December 2024 I can no longer sell products to Northern Ireland as new GSPR regulations make it impractical.
In the interest of sustainability and to keep postage costs as low as possible I use recycled packaging whenever I can, whilst also making sure your parcel is as secure as possible.
The cost to the customer for delivery is:
- £4.95 for orders up to £49.99
- Orders over £50 will not be charged for delivery
Prices are likely to be updated from time to time.
IMPORTANT: It is important to note that the majority of items sold by Nicola Porter Studio are unique ‘one-offs’. If these items are deemed to be totally lost in the post, any replacement will have to remade from scratch. Exact likenesses cannot be guaranteed and will take more time.
If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, please contact me at nicola@nicolaporterstudio.co.uk, so I can review/resend your order. I cannot be held responsible for errors or delays of Royal Mail in delivering your package, but will do what I can to locate the package for you if it’s delayed. I cannot resend your order until 10 working days have passed and have been able to make enquiries with Royal Mail.
Orders that are lost in the post will be resent once the correct delivery details have been verified . If a parcel is returned because you supplied an incorrect address, I will request that you pay an additional shipping payment so that I can re-send the order to you.
If a parcel is delayed or lost because you supplied an incorrect address, this is not covered under the replacement guarantee and I cannot resend your order free of charge.
